CITB Announce changes to Plant Training Standards

To support employers in training more plant operators, CITB Are making changes to their plant standards.

❓ What does it mean for your business?

From January 2023, any training employees complete under the new plant standards must be completed by an ATO and lead to a CSCS card to be eligible for grant.

✅ Employers will receive one large grant instead of the three single grants available for test, theory, and short course training

✅ Payments for plant grants will be easier: employers will only need to give their CITB registration number to the ATO delivering the training and testing
